A simple set may include adjustable cuffs and a blindfold, with an optional light impact accessory. Ease of release and clear instructions are more important than the number of pieces.
Soft, adjustable cuffs are often more approachable because they can distribute pressure more comfortably. Fit and circulation still need to be checked throughout use.
Compare the included items, adjustment range, materials, release mechanisms and product instructions. Choose a kit suited to the least experienced person involved.
Follow the manufacturer’s care directions because cleaning methods vary by material. Allow items to dry fully before storing them in a clean, private location.
